The Lands Department issued five pre-sale consents to sell units in uncompleted developments in November - three residential and two commercial.

The three residential developments involve a total of 1,903 units located in three districts. The developments in Sha Tin and Sheung Shui, comprising a total of 487 units, are due for completion in 2010. The development in Tseung Kwan O, involving 1,416 residential units, is due for completion in 2011.

Fifteen applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units and one for pre-sale consent for an uncompleted commercial development were pending approval at the end of November, involving 8,130 units.

Of them, three developments involving a total of 193 units are due for completion this year. Eight applications involving a total of 4,995 units are due for completion next year, and four applications involving a total of 2,942 units are estimated to be completed in 2011.
