The Transport Department will hold the 2009-10 Best Customer Service Awards on November 23-27, in which the public can vote for the department's best staff.

Frontline officers in the Vehicle Safety & Standards Division, Driving Services Section and Licensing Section, including the Licensing Unit, the Vehicle Inspection & Records Unit, the Cross Boundary Unit and the Public Vehicles Unit, are eligible for nomination.

Fifty-three awards will be given out, the results of which will be announced early next year.
