LPG ceiling prices nudge up
*
Electrical & Mechanical Services Department

The ceiling prices of auto liquefied petroleum gas at dedicated filling stations will go up by $0.01 to $0.02 a litre on November 1, making prices range from $3.32 to $ 3.72 a litre.

The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department today announced the price increase, which it said reflects movement in LPG international prices.

The local ceiling prices are adjusted according to a formula which comprises the LPG international price and operating price.

After November's adjustment, ceiling prices for filling stations at Hang Yiu Street in Ma On Shan and Tak Yip Street in Yuen Long will remain the lowest. The highest will be the ones at Fung Yip Street in Chai Wan and Ngo Cheung Road in West Kowloon.
