LPG price to rise
*
Electrical & Mechanical Services Department

Liquefied petroleum gas ceiling prices at dedicated filling stations will rise by 32 to 33 cents per litre to range from $3.31 to $3.71 from October 1.

The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department said the price adjustment reflects the movement of LPG international prices.

LPG ceiling prices are adjusted according to a pricing formula, comprising the international price and operating price. The international price is that of the preceding month while the operating price is adjusted on February 1 every year according to movement in the Composite Consumer Price Index in the previous year.
