Secretary for Development Carrie Lam, will visit Singapore this Sunday, to attend the Seventh Ministers' Forum on Infrastructure Development in the Asia Pacific Region.

Ministers and officials from 19 countries will take part in the forum under the theme "Integrating Water Infrastructure Planning with Sustainable Urban Development". Mrs Lam will deliver an address on Hong Kong's water infrastructure and water management plans.

She will also attend the opening ceremony of Singapore International Water Week 2009 on June 22.

Permanent Secretary for Development Mak Chai-kwong, and Director of Water Supplies Ma Lee-tak will join the visit.
