Bypass plan amendments gazetted

*

Amendments to plans for the Central-Wan Chai Bypass and Island Eastern Corridor Link have been gazetted, to remove parts of the originally proposed temporary reclamation works which are no longer required.

The Transport & Housing Bureau said the amendments include the deletion of the proposed temporary breakwaters and revision of the proposed works area limit.

Anyone wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Secretary for Transport & Housing, 16/F Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, by February 3.

The plans and scheme are available for inspection at the Central & Western, Wan Chai and Eastern District Offices and Hong Kong West & South and Hong Kong East District Lands Offices.
