The Lands Department issued three consents to sell units in uncompleted developments in November - two residential and one commercial.

As at the end of November, 21 applications for consent to sell residential units and four for commercial developments were pending approval.

The applications for consent to sell residential units being processed involve 8,707 units. Of them, one development involving 825 units is estimated to be completed this month.

Eleven developments involving 2,456 units are estimated to be completed in 2009. Nine developments involving 5,426 units are estimated to be completed in 2010.
