A list on the provision of public facilities and open space required under leases for public use in private developments completed before 1997 will be issued in the second half of this year, Secretary for Development Carrie Lam says.

She told lawmakers the list for private developments completed in or after 1997 has been published online since March 28.

On enforcement Mrs Lam said 2006 and 2007 saw four cases involving unauthorised structures obstructing public passage in private developments. The parties concerned removed the obstructions after notification and no prosecution was required.
