Tuen Mun Road widening tenders open

Highways Department

The Highways Department is inviting tenders for the widening of Tuen Mun Road at the Tsing Tin Interchange.

 

The works include widening a 24-metre long section of Tuen Mun Road at Tsing Tin Interchange from a dual two-lane to dual three-lane, and ancillary works including the setting up of noise barriers, drainage works, slope improvement, road lighting, landscaping and traffic aids.

 

The works will start in May and take about 17 months to complete.

 

The department's Major Works Management Office has designed the works and will supervise the construction.

 

Tender submissions should be placed at the Government Secretariat Tender Box in the lift lobby on the lower ground floor of the Central Government Offices (East Wing), 20 Lower Albert Road , Hong Kong by noon on March 28.
