Shek Kip Mei outline zoning plan revised
*

The Shek Kip Mei Outline Zoning Plan will be amended with a site at 62 Begonia Road and a slope area to the east of Tai Hang Tung Estate rezoned for residential purposes, the Town Planning Board says.

 

Both sites were originally planned for government, institution or community use.

 

The revised plan's electronic version is available here. People who object the revisions should write to the board by April 7.
