19 pre-sale consents in processing

Lands Department

In January, the Lands Department says it was processing 19 pre-sale concent applications for 10,463 residential flats.

 

Among the applications, nine residential developments in Mong Kok, Aberdeen, Sham Shui Po, Sha Tin, Yuen Long, Tai Kok Tsui, Tung Chung and Tsim Sha Tsui involving 3,592 flats are expected to be ready between March and December.

 

There are 10 developments in Ho Man Tin, Ma On Shan, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Kok Tsui, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Kennedy Town, involving 6,871 flats that are expected to be ready between February and October next year.

 

As at the end of January, five applications for consent to sell uncompleted commercial developments in Aberdeen, Kwun Tong and West Kowloon reclamation area were pending approval.

 

There was one application for consent to assign involving 1,892 residential units in Tin Shui Wai and one application for consent to assign for a commercial development in Kowloon Bay being processed.
