The Transport Department will accept applications for the second round of the Personalised Vehicle Registration Marks Scheme from September 22.

Personalised number plates will be allocated by auction, and applicants should file their forms by October 23.

If there are more than 1,500 applicants, those to be considered will be selected by lot.
