The Executive Council has approved the Lai Chi Kok Road-Kweilin Street & Yee Kuk Street Development Scheme Plan.

Spanning 3,345 square metres, the scheme area comprises two sites. One is bounded by Lai Chi Kok Road, Kweilin Street and Yee Kuk Street, while the other is on the opposite side of the latter.

The Town Planning Board said the area will be redeveloped for residential and commercial use with open space and support facilities.
