Custom plate: The first invitation exercise for personalised vehicle registrations will close on May 2.

Those who want to apply for a Personalised Vehicle Registration Mark should submit the application on or before May 2. Late applications will not be accepted.

The Transport Department said completed application forms can be dropped in the collection box at any of the department's Licensing Offices or sent by post to its Vehicle Registration Marks Unit, Room 506-508, 5/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Applications by mail will be accepted according to the postmark date. No deposit payment is required at this stage.

Before completing the application forms, applicants should carefully read the guidance notes. The application form (TD569) and notes can be downloaded from the Transport Department website, and are also available for collection at the department's Licensing Offices.
