A Western Harbour Crossing toll rise will be implemented July 31, however the tunnel company will offer concessions for all vehicles so current toll levels are maintained.

Noting the company is entitled to the increase if its actual net revenue falls short of the minimum estimated net revenue specified in the law, the Environment, Transport & Works Bureau said more concessions should be offered.
