Land resumption for Sai Kung drainage works
*
Lands Department

The Lands Department will resume two private agricultural lots with a total area of about 504 square metres in Tseng Lan Shue, Sai Kung to facilitate drainage improvement works to alleviate the risk of flooding in the area.

The project aims to improve the drainage capacity and performance of the existing stream course and to mitigate flooding in the area. It is scheduled to start in July and will take about 15 months to complete.

A resumption Notice for the works has been published in the Government Gazette today.
