Revisions to the development restrictions for a site reserved for the City University Multimedia Building on Cornwall Street have been proposed. The revised draft plan is available at the Town Planning Board's website.

Any objections to the changes should reach the board's secretariat by March 29.

Amendments to the draft Shek Kip Mei Outline Zoning Plan involve the revision of the site's development restrictions. The stipulated maximum gross floor area has also been amended, to 27,400 square metres.

The maximum building height can be increased to 135 metres above Hong Kong Principal Datum - 1.23 metres below the Mean Sea Level - if planning permission from the board is obtained.

Copies of the draft plan are also on sale at map publications centres in Yau Ma Tei and North Point.
