Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Public Policy Research Institute has been appointed to provide consultancy services on analysing views collected during the West Kowloon Cultural District consultation.

It will analyse views received, including those from comment cards, discussion forums, meetings with statutory and advisory bodies including the Legislative and District Councils, and all written submissions.

It is also required to conduct three telephone polls and analyse the results to gauge and triangulate views collected from different channels.
