The Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department will open a six-day exhibition on Tuesday (December 28) on slope safety and maintenance at Phase 1, Tai Wo Shopping Centre, Tai Wo Estate, Tai Po, from 10am to 6pm.
The exhibition features various aspects of slope safety and slope maintenance through colourful illustrations and photographs. Information on landslide warnings and danger as well as precautionary measures will also be on display.
On January 2, interesting quiz games will be held at the venue from 2pm to 6pm, while the GEO's Community Advisory Unit will also conduct a "Meet the Public" session from 2pm to 5pm to answer questions about slope safety and slope maintenance.
