The Housing, Planning & Lands Bureau has rejected claims in a booklet called The Harbour Primer published by Friends of the Harbour, which its says are outdated and inaccurate.

Some of the booklet's claims were published in newspapers today. However they included some blatant examples of inaccuracy, the details of which can be viewed here.
