Best solution for reclamation project out soon

*
Michael Suen

Best solution: Secretary for Housing, Planning & Lands Michael Suen.

*

All factors related to Central Reclamation Phase III will be considered by the Government which will submit a proposal to the Executive Council tomorrow that will be the best and most accepted by all parties.

This was the message today from Secretary for Housing, Planning & Lands Michael Suen after the High Court ruled in the Government's favour in the interim injunction case lodged by the Society for the Protection of the Harbour.

Mr Suen said the Government respects the court's ruling, adding the date of resuming the works has not been fixed.
