Secretary for Food & Health Dr York Chow has ordered an investigation into the scalding of a baby boy in a bath at Princess Margaret Hospital.

Dr Chow today expressed deep regret over the incident, which occurred in the hospital's paediatric intensive care unit.

He told the Hospital Authority to thoroughly review the case to prevent similar incidents, and explain what happened to the boy's parents.
