The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department will suspend all services for disposing of the dead on Lunar New Year's Day, February 14.

All cemeteries and crematoria will be closed. No coffin will be accepted for burial at public cemeteries and no cremations will be undertaken.

Cremation and burial services will resume on February 15.

From February 14 to 16 all permit offices and cremation booking offices will be closed.
