Seventeen residents and three staff at a Sha Tin elderly home are being treated for gastroenteritis, the Centre for Health Protection announced today.

The group have come down with diarrhoea and vomiting since December 18.

Fourteen sought treatment. Two needed hospitalisation. All are stable.
