The Centre for Health Protection urges people to maintain strict personal and environmental hygiene to prevent hand, foot and mouth disease after a Tuen Mun kindergarten-childcare centre reported an outbreak involving 20 children.

The 10 boys and 10 girls, aged two to five, came down with oral ulcers and a rash over their hands and feet from November 16. All sought medical consultation and are stable.
