The sale of 1,392 surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats will open for application tomorrow until November 12.
The Housing Authority said balloting will be conducted next month to determine the sequence of flat selection in December.
The flats include 370 unsold units in Yau Tong's Yau Chui Court Stage I and the rest are mainly returned flats in seven estates in Kowloon and the New Territories, including 404 in Ma On Shan's Kam Tai Court and 378 in Tin Shui Wai's Tin Fu Court.
Sizes range from 26.1 to 82.6 square metres in gross floor area, or 19.6 to 60.4 square metres in saleable area.
Prices, set at a discount of 30% off the market value, are from $460,040 in Tseung Kwan O's Po Ming Court to $2,295,500 in Yau Chui Court Stage I.
On-site show flats will be set up in Yau Chui Court Stage I and Tin Fu Court. People can also see some designated returned flats in Kam Tai Court.
In addition to an exhibition at the Housing Authority Customer Service Centre in Lok Fu providing sales information of all the courts on sale, exhibitions will also be held in Kam Tai Shopping Centre of Kam Tai Court and Chung Fu Shopping Centre of Tin Fu Court.
