Fitness for All in Support of East Asian Games
Fit forum: The "Fitness for All in Support of East Asian Games" programme will be held August 8.
*

Sports demonstrations, health test services and talks will be held at Leisure & Cultural Services Department venues on August 8 to support the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games.

The "Fitness for All in Support of East Asian Games" programme will run 3pm to 6pm. There will be a physical fitness corner providing tests and advice on physical fitness to help participants learn more about their lung and heart functions, muscle flexibility and physiology.

A fitness fun session will introduce gym facilities to participants who can enjoy exercising with these facilities. Participants can also join exercises to learn how to improve the flexibility and movement of different parts of their bodies. There will also be an EAG exercise for public participation.

Enrolment is free. For more details click here.
