The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed today a cholera case involving a six-year-old Wan Chai boy.

He came down with diarrhoea on October 5 and was admitted to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital on October 7. He is now stable.

He arrived from Nepal on October 3 and his travel companions have no symptoms.
