96 samples pass melamine test
*

The Centre for Food Safety's today melamine test results showed all 96 samples taken were satisfactory, including milk and milk products, frozen confections, baby food, biscuits and chocolates.

So far, the centre has tested about 50 samples of bread and all are satisfactory. It will continue to collect samples of dairy products and products with dairy ingredients for tests.

Click here for the test results or call 2381 6096 from 9am to 6pm for more information.

The Centre for Health Protection says it did not receive any new report from the Hospital Authority or private doctors of renal problems involving people with a history of exposure to melamine-tainted milk products.
