Government House opens on October 19
*

Government House will open to the public on October 19, from 10am to 5pm. People can stroll through its garden and admire the flowers in bloom.

They can also see the places where the Chief Executive holds important official functions and receives dignitaries.

Visitors are advised to use public transport, to enter the garden by the east gate at Upper Albert Road, and leave by the main gate.

Depending on the length of the queue, Police may announce a cut-off time for lining up outside Government House to ensure those in the queue can be admitted in time.
