Housing Authority

Ballots have been drawn for the sale of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme Flats Phase 4 to determine applicant priority in unit selection.

The ballot results are available here. They will also be posted tomorrow on the Housing Authority's website, at its customer service centre in Lok Fu, in all public housing estate offices and at district offices. Applicants can call 2712 8000 for enquiries.

Notifications for flat selection, along with sales brochures, price list and other information, will be sent to eligible applicants.

Flat selection will begin at the end of October and on-site show flats in Tung Tao Court, King Hin Court, Kam Fung Court and Tin Fu Court will open about a week in advance.

Applicants for the returned flats, which will be sold on an "as-is" basis, can see photos here showing the internal condition of the flats. Arrangements will be made for applicants to view the returned flat before they sign the agreement of sale and purchase.

The authority is offering 3,221 flats in this phase, including 2,200 unsold flats in Tung Tao Court Stage II in Shau Kei Wan, King Hin Court in Wong Tai Sin and Kam Fung Court in Ma On Shan, and about 900 scattered resale flats in Tin Fu Court in Tin Shui Wai and nine other courts.

A total of 11,000 applications were received - 8,600 White Forms and 2,400 Green Forms - during the application period September 10 to 24.
