The Centre for Health Protection today confirmed an imported case of cholera involving a 29-year-old Tsuen Wan woman.

She came down with diarrhoea, abdominal pain and fever September 23 after returning from the Mainland. She was admitted to Yan Chai Hospital and is now stable.

This is the third cholera case this year. Three were recorded last year.
