Spectators attending Saturday's gala show and demonstrations by Mainland Olympic gold medallists should be seated at the venues 30 minutes before the activities start and allow sufficient time for security checks.

Gold medallists in four sports will give demonstrations from 10.30am to noon at Shek Kip Mei Park Sports Centre (table tennis), Kowloon Park Sports Centre (badminton), Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool in Tsuen Wan (diving) and Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Wan Chai (gymnastics).

The medallists will also share their experience with young Hong Kong athletes. As there is a chance for spectators to compete with the medallists in the sports-for-fun sessions (except diving), those interested should wear sports shoes and sports wear.

The delegation will also participate in the gala performance at Hong Kong Stadium from 5.30 to 7pm. There will be free seating and admission will start at 3.30pm. Spectators should take public transport and avoid driving to the stadium.

People attending the demonstrations and gala show are not allowed to bring in glass or fragile articles. Items which may create undue inconvenience or disturb the smooth progress of the events are also prohibited. Participants violating the house rules will be removed from the venues.
