Local mariculturists suffering serious losses due to Typhoon Nuri last week can apply for grants from the Emergency Relief Fund by September 3 with the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department.

The department said today some local fish farmers were affected by the storm and the assistance will provide relief to them.

Applicants should register at the Tai Po or Sai Kung Fisheries Offices. Call 2150 7108 for registration or enquiries.

Affected mariculturists requiring further aid can apply for the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Loan Fund. For enquiries call 2150 7096.
