Hong Kong has resumed importing poultry meat and products from Suffolk and Norfolk in the UK as the counties have taken control measures and no more avian flu cases have been reported, the Centre for Food Safety said today.

It suspended imports after avian flu cases were confirmed in poultry farms there in November.

However, imports from Oxfordshire and Warwickshire remain suspended due to avian flu cases in June.
