The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a suspected food poisoning case involving 11 people who fell ill after visiting the Mainland.
Four men and seven women, aged six to 74, joined a tour group to the Mainland July 26 to 28. They developed gastroenteritis symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting and fever after returning to Hong Kong.
Six consulted private doctors and are stable. No hospitalisation was required.
