The Centre for Food Safety has advised consumers to stop eating a batch of raw oysters from Louisiana in the US due to possible norovirus contamination.
The products were harvested from West Karako Bay December 3 to 21. The affected growing area has been closed.
The centre is liaising with US authorities for more information and has alerted the trade about the incident. It will closely monitor the situation.
