Orchid exhibition to be held
*

A free two-day orchid exhibition will be held October 6 and 7 at Kowloon Park's arcade from 10am to 4pm.

 

Fringe activities include a jigsaw puzzle, recycled produce workshops and a demonstration on making decorations from plants. Visitors can try pot planting with a horticulture instructor.

 

There will be talks on orchid planting and care at Kowloon Park Sports Centre's Secondary Hall. Workshops on orchid planting and propagation will also be held at the Green Education & Resource Centre.

 

Talks and workshops will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission tickets are required. For enquiries, call 2723 6042 or 2723 6767.
