Voting in the 2007 Meritorious Website Contest has started, and will close December 31. The event encourages youngsters to visit healthy websites and recognise the contributions of their makers.

The sites will be judged according to their informativeness in enhancing visitor knowledge and mentality, user-friendly presentation, systematic organisation, relevancy, and reliability and attractiveness of presentation.

Nominations were invited in July and 40 websites have been shortlisted for public voting. They cover news, learning resources, information on specific knowledge areas and interests.
