Food poisoning closes 2 Sha Tin stalls

*
Food & Environmental Hygiene Department

Two Sha Tin cooked food stalls have been ordered to close for thorough cleaning and disinfection, after three suspected food poisoning reports involving 17 people who ate there.

The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department said there are epidemiological grounds to support the temporary closure of cooked food stalls Nos 3 and 5 inside Wo Che Estate Cooked Food Pavilion.

The stalls will remain closed until the Director of Food & Environmental Hygiene is fully satisfied that the immediate health hazards on the premises have been eliminated.
