The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has shut down an unlicensed food factory in Sheung Shui, arresting two men and a woman and seizing 350kgs of processed pig skin and 200kgs of semi-product.

Department officers raided the factory in Hung Lung Hang, Ta Kwu Ling, this morning.

The department will impose stringent enforcement action against unlicensed food business to safeguard food safety and public health. People should call 2868 0000 to report such illegal activities.
