The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will organise four free family carnivals on the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade on April 15 and 29, and May 13 and 27.

They will feature a host of activities like games stalls, a cycling performance, a variety show and clowns. There will also be a car show on May 13.

Free shuttle buses between Kowloon Park's Austin Road entrance and the promenade will depart every 15 minutes from 12.30pm to 4pm. They will depart the promenade at 15-minute intervals from 12.45pm to 5.30pm.
