The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed a case of Legionnaires' disease involving a 69-year-old man living in Tung Chung, the first case this year.

The patient visited Guangzhou from December 12 to 15 and developed fever and shortness of breath on December 23. He was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital three days later and has recovered and was discharged on December 31.
