HOS flat applications to close
*
Housing Department

Applications for the sale of surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats will close January 15. On-site show flats in Kingsford Terrace, Yu Chui Court and Tin Fu Court are open for viewing.

Apart from the decorated and handover-standard show flats on the middle floors of all three courts, the Housing Authority will open several more undecorated flats on the second floor in Kingsford Terrace and Yu Chui Court on January 13 and 14. Opening hours are 10am to 7pm daily.

Assistant Director of Housing (Housing Subsidies) Albert Lee anticipates the number of visitors to peak on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. He advises the public to choose other time slots to view the flats to avoid lengthy queues.

Application forms should be submitted by January 15 to estate offices or the Housing Authority Customer Service Centre in Lok Fu. For applications sent by post, the date of the postal stamp on the envelope will be regarded as the date of submission.
