Exhibition on rare reptiles to launch

Green Basilisk
Rare species: The green basilisk is one the rare reptiles kept in Tuen Mun Park.
*

A roving exhibition on rare reptiles will be held at six parks from November 4 to December 10.

 

The exhibition will introduce the distribution, habitats, conservation status and diet of more than 20 species of rare and endangered reptiles kept in the Zoological & Botanical Gardens and Tuen Mun Park.

 

The roving exhibition will first be held at Tuen Mun Park from 10am to 4pm November 4 and 5.

 

Visitors can attend educational talks. Fringe activities include games and badge making.

 

The exhibition will be held at Yuen Long Park November 6 to 12, Tai Po Waterfront Park November 13 to 19, Kowloon Park November 20 to 26, Hong Kong Park November 27 to December 3, and the Zoological & Botanical Gardens December 4 to 10.
