The Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department has conducted a poultry culling drill with the Centre for Health Protection.
About 100 people took part in today's exercise to familiarise themselves with new preparation procedures and additional biosecurity measures for infected poultry farms.
Two field command centres were erected for frontline duties, including the setting up of operation areas, handling dummy chickens and disinfection.
