All the world's a canvas: Chalk-art artists will turn walkways into Renaissance paintings.

Free outdoor parties featuring music and live entertainment will be held at Sai Kung and Stanley on two weekends in August.

The "O2 Recharge Station" parties will feature young Chinese singers Dong Xin at the Sai Kung Waterfront Park and Apple Chan at Stanley Plaza Village Square.

There will also be Renaissance painting demonstrations by chalk-art artists. Admission is free.

"O2 Recharge Station" will be held at Sai Kung Waterfront Park on August 12 and 13 from 4pm to 7pm and at Stanley Plaza Village Square on August 19 and 20 from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

Programmes include chalk art, Yoga and Pilates demonstrations, live jazz, a cappella and bossa nova.
