The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed a case of Legionnaires' disease involving a 59-year-old man, bringing the year's total to 10.
The Kwai Chung resident came down with fever, chills, rigor, headache, cough and malaise on June 12 and was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital five days later. He recovered and was discharged on June 22.
He travelled to the Mainland and Korea before getting sick. His family members have no symptoms.
