The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed an enterovirus-71 case involving a 16-year-old boy, bringing the year's total to three.
Blisters developed over his hands and feet on May 20. He is now stable and does not require hospitalisation.
His family members have no symptoms. The Department of Health is contacting his school and will offer health advice to it.
