Fantastic flora: Dianthus is the Flower Show 2006 theme flower.

Admission tickets to the Flower Show 2006 will be on sale February 14 to March 12 at the Leisure & Cultural Services Department's district leisure services offices and Leisure Link outlets.

Featuring Dianthus as this year's theme flower and the theme "Enchanting Beauty", the show runs March 3 to 12 at Victoria Park, from 9am to 9pm daily. Exotic flower, landscape and floral art displays presented by over 180 participants from Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas will be showcased. More than 300,000 flowers will also go on display.

Meanwhile, fringe activities including music and dance performances, green talks, floral art demonstrations and games will be run.

Admission for adults is $14. Children aged four to 14, students, senior citizens and the disabled are half price. On weekdays, seniors and the disabled will have free admission while 30 or more adults are half price.
